Nathaniel and I are a little overexcited about getting inside the airplane so we can finally make airplane noises. I keep reminding him we have to put the seat in first. Looks like we are getting closer to that goal.
I had already draw all the cut lines and bend lines on the seat, so I double-checked them, cut the holes and bent it on my homemade sheet metal brake.

I thought of you the other day while I was using your brake design to bend my seat. When I finish the sonex I’m going to need to find a reason to bend more metal.
